We follow the daily life of Kageyama Shigeo alias Mob, a schoolboy with powerful psychic powers. It is one of the most powerful of its kind. However, Shigeo stopped using his powers in public because of the way people look.
This year, the teenager just wants to approach Tsubomi, his classmate and achieve the goals it has set in life. But soon other Espers (individuals with supernatural powers) will stand in his way.
